Do you offer Bulk Discounts?

Yes, we can offer bulk discounts in most cases. As the bulk discount quantity varies depending on the item please contact our customer service department on 03 8542 0440, or via email at orders@safetytoyourdoor.com.au for a written quote.

How much is shipping?

Orders above $99 are shipped free. Orders below $99 will incur a $14.95 (Inc GST) delivery fee, Please contact us on 03 8542 0440, or via email at orders@safetytoyourdoor.com.au for all bulk orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The usual transit time is 2-5 days depending on your location. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact our customer service department on 03 8542 0440, or via email at orders@safetytoyourdoor.com.au prior to placing your order.

Please note sometimes freight delays occur outside of control, however we will do our best to meet your delivery expectations.

Do you deliver outside Australia? We only ship to Australian postcodes.

How Much Does Delivery Cost? FREE for orders over $99.   $14.95 for orders under.

How Long To Get My Goods? Generally between 2-5 days depending on location.

All orders will be despatched via Australia Post with a signature on delivery required. Aust Post can deliver to 100% of Australian residences, plus have the added bonus of delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers and click and collect. If you’re not at home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post office for collection. A card, e-mail or text message will be left with further information. The usual transit time with Aust Post is 2-5 days depending on your location. 

 

* Heavy, bulky, over-sized items & some Special Orders will be sent via courier and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. The courier cost will be calculated based on the total parcel size during checkout. Because heavy or over-sized items are delivered by courier, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you include a phone number with your order so that we can contact you on the day of delivery.

 

The Nitty Gritty:

We offer free postage Australia wide on all orders over $99

Same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm

We send your parcel with one of our trusted freight partners.  Australia Post/Startrack and Aramex.  Delivery times of 2 – 5 days depending on your location are the current lead times with some    regional areas experiencing longer delays.

If you order with a PO Box the delivery will be sent via Australia Post.

Parcel Tracking

Parcel tracking: Every order will be provided with a tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated date of arrival. Feel free to call our customer service team on 03 8542 0440 if you need a copy of your tracking number

Exchange/Returns

Returns/Exchanges

Returns Policy: We understand that sometimes products need to be returned and we offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. The only thing we require is that all items returned are in the original packaging, must be in brand new condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use/wear. To complete your return please follow the following steps:

 

  1. Have your invoice number handy and phone us on 03 8542 0440 and request a pre-paid label and pay the $10 over the phone. We will forward your label via email shortly thereafter.
  2. Take a copy of the invoice included with your delivery and include it in the box
  3. Ensure your item for return is in their original box which is packed back into a satchel to protect the box and item on its return
  4. Print and attach the pre-paid label onto the satchel
  5. Drop the parcel off to your nearest Australia Post office

CLAIMS FOR MANUFACTURER FAULTS

SafetyToYourDoor provides products that are sourced from various manufacturers with differing warranty terms. In all instances the specific manufactures warranty shall be applicable.

Typically our manufacturer’s warranties can be summarised as follows:

All products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under the terms of warranty for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

This warranty excludes failure resulting from:

  • Improper use of equipment
  • Repair, or modification of the product by anyone other than an Authorised service provider
  • Accident, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature
  • Causes external to the product(s)
  • Breakage or physical damage to the equipment
  • Other factors beyond the control of the manufacturer

 

30 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE

To return a pair under a comfort guarantee, please follow the following steps. Please note, your item will need to be returned at your own cost.

1) The brand’s that offer a 30-day comfort guarantee are Oliver, Blundstone and Steel Blue.
2) Your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date on receipt
3) Please include your receipt and a completed copy of the Faults Returns Form
4) Return the package to the following address at your own cost

Under no circumstances will we replace a 30-day comfort guarantee return for a change of size. On most cases, a refund will be offered or change of style can be discussed as an option.
