Aust Post can deliver to 100% of Australian residences, plus have the added bonus of delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers and click and collect. If you’re not at home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post office for collection. A card, e-mail or text message will be left with further information. The usual transit time with Aust Post is 2-5 days depending on your location.

All products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under the terms of warranty for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

To return a pair under a comfort guarantee, please follow the following steps. Please note, your item will need to be returned at your own cost.

2) Your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date on receipt
